Job Description: Ensure accurate invoicing reconciliation and collection of complex accounts related to medical billing medical coding and medical records. Serve as primary contact for billing specialist issues assist in process improvements and maximize revenue through timely payment reconciliation.

Essential Functions:

• Research and respond to medical biller inquiries (25%).
• Review and submit billing forms for accuracy (25%).
• Assist in monthly medical billing coding and accounts receivable reporting (20%).
• Resolve billing specialist issues with insurance carriers (15%).
• Ensure accurate data entry of medical records and patient information (10%).
• Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines for medical coding and billing specialist practices (5%).

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years experience in medical billing claims operations or similar roles.

Preferred:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and deadlineoriented.
• Familiarity with medical billing coding and medical records management.
