Net Engineering Manager

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of .Net engineers through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Set enforce and improve coding standards best practices and development processes.
• Oversee the design development and implementation of .Netbased software applications.
• Identify and address technical and resourcerelated challenges to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisionmaking processes.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Monitor team performance provide feedback and facilitate professional development.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding activities for new team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in .Net development.
• Oversee the troubleshooting and debugging of software issues and recommend solutions.
• Manage project timelines allocate resources and report on project progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements for software products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of .Net developers.
• Indepth expertise in .Net framework C# and related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in software architecture design patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in conducting code reviews performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Handson experience with software development tools and version control systems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fastpaced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering highquality scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Certifications in .Net or relevant technologies is a plus.
• Experience in cloud technologies and DevOps practices is desirable.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL is advantageous.
• Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices in software development.
