Data Automation Engineer

• Automation Development:
• Design and implement data automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain automated solutions for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
• Create and manage integrations between Power Automate and various data sources including databases APIs and cloud services.
• Data Management:
• Ensure the accuracy consistency and integrity of automated data workflows.
• Develop and implement data validation and errorhandling mechanisms within Power Automate workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure seamless data operations.
• Optimization and Performance:
• Analyze existing data processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Enhance the performance and scalability of data automation solutions.
• Continuously improve and refine automated workflows to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with data analysts and other IT professionals to understand data requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the integration of data automation solutions with other business systems.
• Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for automated data workflows including design specifications process flows and user guides.
• Provide training and support to endusers and team members on the use of automated data solutions.
• Develop best practices and guidelines for data automation within the organization.
• Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform are a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Data Automation Engineer or similar role with a focus on data workflow automation.
• Extensive handson experience with Microsoft Power Automate Power Apps and related technologies.
• Strong background in data management ETL processes and integration technologies.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform especially Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of data management principles databases and SQL.
• Experience with cloud services particularly Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex data workflows.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
