PHP Developer 5-7 Years Experience Hyderabad Onsite

Overview:

Key Responsibilities (What are you expected to do):

• Plan the entire project (big or small) and each task of it whenever such a task or project is given to you.
• Attend daily standup or huddle meetings on time. (If your shift is from 9.30 am onwards this meeting generally starts at 9.35 am so being on time is your responsibility.) (If you are the manager or mentoring or leading a team even of 1 team member conduct this meeting without fail.)
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding debugging and maintaining web applications.
• Write welldesigned testable and efficient code.
• Perform selftesting before submission.
• Get your work checked by your manager ensuring its demoready.
• Participate in demo. Handle 50% of demos by yourself to client or PMs.
• Handle client communication or stakeholder communication 90% of the times to get any kind of clarifications.
• Learn new things as advised in your learning chart for every month or quarter.
• Integrate data from various backend services and databases.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.
• Develop and implement serverside logic using PHP.
• Help bring ideas or solutions to problems on the project.
• Help with ideas and solutions to problems on the board.
• Optimize and scale applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Address and resolve performance and technical issues.
• Perform unit testing and conduct routine system audits to ensure software quality and robustness.
• Conduct training and support for internal teams.
• Manage and lead the entire web application development life cycle from planning to deployment.
• Participate in regular meetings to provide expert advice and recommendations for web development projects.
• Create and maintain database architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a PHP Developer with at least 57 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of PHP its limitations and ability to develop workarounds to prove that there are no limitations in PHP.
• The ability to work with Codeigniter Laravel or both can be a plus; its not mandatory.
• Proficient with frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
• Experience in working with MySQL and expertise on solving anything with your SQL queries..
• Good understanding of MVC design patterns and other PHP best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs thirdparty integrations and web services technologies.
• Solid experience in using version control tools like Git.
• Ability to troubleshoot test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Knowledge of objectoriented PHP programming.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with a problemsolving attitude.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with team members and clients.
• Experience in agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
