Job Description
Overview:
The Fashion Consultant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers. They are responsible for providing personalized styling advice assisting with fashion selections and ensuring the stores merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories based on their preferences and body type
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and provide style recommendations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Conduct fittings and alterations as needed
- Participate in visual merchandising to create attractive product displays
- Handle customer inquiries requests and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales and customer service goals
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in promotional events and contribute to marketing initiatives
- Stay organized and maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures including security and loss prevention
- Stay knowledgeable about the stores products pricing and promotions
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Superior understanding of Indian retailing and global trends.
Good communication and interpersonal skills understand customer needs.
Good at relationship building conversion to sales.
Ability to follow brand and store guidelines.
Good operations experience receiving stock inventory keeping cash handling etc.
Education & Experience Requisites
0 to 4 yrs. Preferably in luxury retailing.
Ability to understand and handle aspects of retail operational and merchandising from the delivery of stock to the final sale of the product.
Should be able to share multiple instances of Customer Delight and strong onetoone relationship
building .
