Product Manager for BETER

BETER is an awardwinning betting content and data provider spanning fast sports and esports products.

BETER Esports covers 450global tournaments annually offering both inplay and prematch odds equipped with official and nondelay data from Bayes Esports GRID and other partners. Esports team also arranges 35000 ESportsBattle and Virtual eComp events per month including eFootball eBasketball eHockey and CS2 events and AIdriven football cyber matches. Tournaments live streaming live data and odds are available 24/7 365 days a year.

BETER currently has an opportunity for a Product Manager to join our BETER esports team.

Within this role you will:

• Have a clear ownership of one or a set of multiple product metrics for you to own responsibility for outcomes;
• Create an esport product strategy for your area that aligns with business goals and focuses on customer needs;
• Endtoend ownership of new product initiatives from ideation through to delivery including measurement of success and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate and communicate at the center of everything. Specifically with technical commercial and operational stakeholders together with fellow product managers;
• Use a datadriven approach to a decision using both quantitative and qualitative methods;
• Be a champion of the customer and passionate about improving the BETERs experience;
• Set clear direction and closely collaborate with the product development team to define effective solutions in your area;
• Operate strategically but deliver daytoday value to the business as we scale;
• Help us differentiate the BETER product and build highquality bespoke and innovative B2B products

Requirements:

• Experience in leading projects autonomously;
• Knowledge and experience working with agile delivery methods;
• Solid before product management experience: engineering business analysis etc.;
• A wellrounded communicator with strong interpersonal skills; quick to build rapport with an ability to influence without authority;
• Direct experience of successfully translating product vision/strategy into an executable product development roadmap;
• Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and draw insights;
• Experience and deep understanding of full product development lifecycle and agile software development methodologies;
• Experience with product discovery methods including customer research;
• An experimentation mindset that looks for validation of solutions in a range of different ways;
• Fluency in English

Desirable:

• Experience with betting products is a plus but if you have a passion for esports and/or betting were here to support you learn the industry and creating a learning environmentto grow
