As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer you will:

• Write and maintain reliable code.
  
• Create frontend and backend components.
  
• Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
  
• Develop and maintain REST APIs.
  
• Write tests and perform endtoend testing.
  
• Prepare the release plan and deploy applications in different environments (Test Acceptance and Prod).
  
• Refine features/user stories together with other developers in the team to ensure the requirements are clear before planning to a sprint.
  
• Participate in sprint rituals.
  
• Mentor and instruct junior team members.
  
• Support the architect in design specifications.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 810 years of experience.
  
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (mandatory).
  
• Experience with React.
  
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development.
  
• Knowledge of Python and Django.
  
• Experience with REST/GraphQL.
  
• Proficiency in using containers like Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• A team player with the ability to write clean code independently.
  
• Proficiency with software tools including Git Puppet Bitbucket Jira Jenkins.
  
• Good understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5 JavaScript and CSS3.
  
• Familiarity with TDD BDD and testing tools (Rspec Selenium Cucumber etc.).
  
• Experience working with any RDBMS (Oracle MySQL etc.).
  
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Familiarity with Linux OS and shell scripting.
  
• Knowledge in monitoring tools like Splunk and automation tools like Ansible is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
