Tasks

Your Commitment will include

• Management and implementation of strategic complex or crossdepartmental projects
• Analysis and optimization of processes with the specialized departments
• Analysis of issues and development of solution proposals or concepts
• Collaboration and support in various projects led by other project managers
• Project Office Management Support of the Head of PMO Participation in the establishment and (further) development of the PMO

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• University of Applied Sciences degree (ideally with a focus on project management organizational development healthcare health economics or a comparable qualification) or thorough training and corresponding further education(s)
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Thorough knowledge of the hospital sector/healthcare system
• Solid and proven knowledge of project management methods and tools (planning cost and risk management) Proficiency in using common IT tools (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent analytical conceptual and systemic skills with a networked way of thinking
• Experience in managing and optimizing processes
• Excellent oral and written command of the German language as well as good knowledge of the French language
