Tasks

• Develop and grow the IT consutling business through business development and client acquisition and account management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the established pool of consultants and boutique service providers.
• Deliver exceptional consulting services to clients ensuring their needs are met from strategy through to implementation.
• Act as a brand ambassador when with clients at events and on the market

Requirements

• Several years experience in IT consulting IT sales or temp recruitment on the Swiss market
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Solid sales drive and ability to win new clients
• English is essential and German would be a big plus
