Jamf Systems Administrator mfd Poland Cracow area

We are seeking a dedicated Jamf Systems Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure focusing on device management with Jamf and the administration of Google Workspace Atlassian tools and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation and support of our technology platforms providing a robust work environment for all employees.

Tasks

• Administer and maintain the Jamf Pro server ensuring efficient management deployment and security of Apple devices across the organization.
• Deploy monitor and maintain laptops and other IT equipment aligning with company standards and employee needs.
• Manage and configure Google Workspace and Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence BitBucket Bamboo) optimizing these tools for project management and collaboration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network issues including user assistance in Jira and Google Workspace.
• Oversee user accounts permissions and access across all platforms enforcing security protocols.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve system performance conduct preventive maintenance and streamline IT operations.
• Document IT procedures system configurations and maintenance activities.
• Assist in developing implementing and enforcing IT policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing Jamf Pro Jira and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of Apple operating systems network protocols security practices and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and handson technical support ability.
• Experience with Linux systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the German language is a big asset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills capable of working as part of a dynamic team.
• Certifications in Jamf Atlassian products or Google Workspace administration are highly desirable.
