Today we are seeking a Senior People Partner (80100%) to do just this.

With a foundation thats been nearly a decade in the making at IBM Research we founded in 2020 and weve been growing fast to a team of 50 people. We are ready to welcome someone whos as excited as we are about building an exceptional team and fostering an environment where innovation thrives.
This role will start asap and is based in our Stfa ZH office. We are an officefirst team with a lot of flexibility. Most of us come to the office 4 to 5 days per week and we think that for this person to do their best work spending 3 to 4 days per week in the office is relevant.
