Commercial Development Agent

Area: Bromley Kent BR1

Hours : 9am 6pm / Mon Friday

Duties will include:

• Assisting in the identification of commercial properties and development sites in London and the South East.
  
• Management of the marketing process.
  
• Creating opportunities for new business through direct approaches and networking.
  
• Valuing commercial properties and development sites.
  
• Taking accurate measurements of sites and writing sales/lettings particulars.
  
• Negotiating offers received from marketing campaigns.
  
• Seeking and acquiring properties on behalf of retained clients.

• Proven ability in meeting and exceeding targets.
  
• The ability to negotiate.
  
• Commitment to service standards.
  
• A commitment to learning and selfdevelopment.
  
• Tenacity and to be a selfstarter.
