What responsibilities and objectives will you have

Were on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Executive ready to redefine automate and elevate the value proposition pricing strategies and acquisition channels for SMEs in the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal).

Drawing inspiration from the best practices of the INPOST Group (particularly from Poland France and the UK) this role presents an exciting opportunity to adapt and replicate innovative strategies in our region. The value proposition to implement will be attractive competitive profitable and scalable.

The purpose is to grow aggressively the SMEs market penetration by capturing new volumes and increasing INPOST brand awareness across the ecommerce market.

In this position you will also be responsible to ensure the satisfaction and increase of the existing SMEs portfolio.


Well what will the requirements be

  • > 5 years in in ecommerce & logistics related companies with tangible track records in new sales acquisition (preferably SMEs)
  • Degree (Business Administration and Management or similar preferred)
  • Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Project Excel ) and CRM (HubSpot and/or SalesForce)
  • English mandatory French and/or Polish a plus
  • Handson Data driven & Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and organize your work in multitasking environments
  • Ability to develop relationships and work in virtual transversal teams
  • Strong (verbal & written) communication negotiation and presentation skills: Meetings Emails & Presentations
  • Strong customer focus resultsoriented and sense of urgency
  • Ability to develop in dynamic environments and to enjoy achieving very ambitious goals
  • Ability to work autonomously but with crossfunctional and peers teams (team player selfstarter and details oriented)
  • Resilience working under pressure and tight deadlines
