Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Division

We have a challenging opportunity for you to join an exciting white collar team within a growing recruitment company in Zurich Switzerland.

Our client is a young and dynamic company with several offices focussing in both temp and permanent recruitment. They are approx 30 people family owned and had a drive and passion for recruitment.

They are growing their white collar professional recruitment team and are looking for experience 360 consultants to join the team!

Tasks

• Develop and grow the white collar business through business development and client acquisition and account management
• Act as a brand ambassador when with clients at events and on the market
• Headhunt recruit network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
• Interview and evaluate candidates to match your requirements
• Deliver a bestinclass service on the market

Requirements

• At least 12 years experience within a recruitment agency on the Swiss market
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle sales and business development
• An unrivalled passion for the industry
• English and German are both essential
