Tasks

1. Pioneer and expand the interim legal recruitment sector through innovative business development strategies and client relationships.
2. Champion the brands identity during client interactions market events and all external touchpoints.
3. Expand and develop existing clients and relationships working closely together the recruiters to help allign needs and oppotunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in professional recruitment in Switzerland.
• Stellar communication skills complemented by a high degree of emotional intelligence.
• Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment life cycle sales dynamics and business development tactics.
• An unyielding passion for recruitment and a drive to continuously elevate the industry.
• Proficiency in English and German is a must.
