Head of Product

We are growing our team and are seeking a seasoned Head of Product to lead our dynamic product management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in product leadership coupled with a passion for the arts and web3 technology. This role demands a visionary with a proven track record of delivering exceptional products that meet market needs and enhance user experience.

In this highimpact handson position you will have the unique opportunity to shape the development and execution of our products from the ground up ranging from the main objkt platform to objkt one developer tools and APIs.

Tasks

• Owning the vision strategy roadmap and delivery of our products
• Leading the endtoend product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery and beyond
• Partnering effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders to influence priorities and drive alignment
• Working closely with development teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery
• Conducting market research to develop a deep understanding of our users needs and conceptualise new updates/features
• Utilising data and user feedback to inform product decisions and enhance the user experience
• Identifying potential risks and challenges in product development and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate them
• Monitoring industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to our blockchain products
• Staying informed with industry trends emerging technologies and competitor products to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Extensive experience and track record in product management delivering value with worldclass products
• Strong technical background and a solid understanding of blockchain/web3 technology and its applications
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage the shifting priorities and challenges of a startup environment.
• High level of initiative and selfmotivation
• Passion for design and usability
