Role Description

This is a full-time Safety Officer role located in Manama, with flexibility for some remote work. The Safety Officer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to health and safety, occupational health, accident investigation, security, and safety training. The role will require a combination of on-site work in Manama and remote work.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety: Candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience in health and safety practices
• Occupational Health: Candidate should have expertise in occupational health management
• Accident Investigation: Candidate should be skilled in accident investigation procedures
• Security: Candidate should have a background in security procedures and protocols
• Safety Training: Candidate should be capable of conducting safety training programs
• Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications in health and safety
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
