Tasks

As an Intern in Change Management you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our key clients successfully transforming their organization and operations. Hereby you are part of the BearingPoint People & Strategy service line that consults clients in Change Management topics.

Your tasks include:

• Collaborate with a crossfunctional project team to drive positive change within the client organization
• Work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure successful project execution
• Support the project team in implementing a dedicated change management strategy
• Conduct impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis and document findings
• Assist in executing change activities including communication plans training sessions and stakeholder engagement
• Seek opportunities to enhance your consulting skills and be part of the Change Management community

Requirements

• Successful completion of a bachelors degree or masters degree in business administration organizational psychology or similar
• Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
• Proven analytical and problemsolving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Business fluent in English (both written and spoken) and very good German (minimum B2)
• Enthusiastic and proactive personality
• Eager to learn with a positive and curious mindset
• First experience in consulting is a plus
