Business Intern Founder Associate from July 2024 for 6 months

We are PastaHR a fastgrowing startup based in Zurich and help companies to hire deskless workers through chat (e.g. nurses electricians truck drivers retail personnel and thousands of other jobs).

We are a Top 100 Swiss Startup and work with wellknown enterprise customers in healthcare retail logistics building services etc. such as Coop Siemens Meier Tobler Universittsklinik Balgrist or Autogrill.

We are a team of exFounders Startup Operators Google VC Consultants and have rockstar advisors & investors.

Tasks

Were currently looking for a Business Intern (6month) to join us from July 2024 on with the possibility to extend to a fulltime position. More specifically you will do the following:

• Be the righthand(wo)man to the founders on all things business (product strategy sales fundraising hiring operations etc.)
• Manage your own projects & initiatives while supporting in daytoday operations
• Learn how to build up an earlystage startup. Youll work on the mix of venture building operations sales amongst other topics
• Space to bring in your own ideas and proactively take responsibility

Requirements

• Completed or are currently completing your Bachelors degree in a relevant field (STEM or business)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Extremely versatile and ambitious
• Track record of extracurricular engagement (e.g. side projects sports social initiatives)
• Passion for entrepreneurship technology and innovation
• Strong business acumen and a flair for B2B consultative solution selling
• Relevant experience tech/startup consulting IB or similar is required
