Job Description
- Clean vegetables and prepare fruits, raw and semi-finished products.
- Daily prepare all dishes and ingredients for all items featured on the menu.
- Daily assist in the cooking for each meal.
- Keep all food items correctly stored.
- Work closely with the Senior Cook.
- Follow and enforce hygiene and safety standards set by the hotel and Food & Hygiene department.
- knowledgeable of the hotel's fire and safety procedures and the operation of kitchen and firefighting equipment.
- Have complete knowledge of washing products and their correct usage.
- Responsible for the washing and storage of tableware according to Hilton Group and hotel food safety standards.
