Tasks

• Advice on patent litigation
• Draft file and prosecute patent filings
• Conduct comprehensive patent clearance searches
• Manage a diverse portfolio of patents and trademarks
• Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders including R&D teams

Requirements

• Qualified patent attorney
• Fluent in English German is an asset
• Resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Min. 5 years of PQE as a patent attorney either InHouse or within a law firm
• Proven experience with patent filings & litigation ideally within consumer goods
