Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to deliver excellent customer support via email and chat. This hybrid role requires working 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely each week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting customers resolving issues and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. While previous customer support experience is beneficial it is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Assist customers with placing orders answering product questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about products services and company policies.
  • Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
  • Continuously update job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ecommerce platforms are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous but not required.
