Job Description
Job Duration: 12 Month contract with potential extension.
Job Location: Richardson TX 75082
Opportunity to use your understanding of software principles theories and concepts related to software engineering (including software development lifecycle and software development process)design patterns and Object Oriented architecture.
Design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code
Demonstrate your critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well.
Have a direct impact on critical operational capability.
The ability to obtain and maintain SCI program access and complete polygraphs.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of experience.
Experience in Java.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications we prefer:
Experience with Agile and/or DevSecOps toolsets (e.g. Jira Confluence BitBucket Jenkins Cucumber etc.).
Experience developing and utilizing application programming interfaces (API).
Experience with AWS
Experience with RDBMS databases such as Postgres .
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
