Job Description

1. Healthcare business domain knowledge and experience related to the account/Groups Members Providers and Claims manufacturing is mandatory
2. Test Data Manufacturing experience using the application front end UI files etc.
3. Experience in understanding the E2E Data flow its dependencies and ensure the data integrity across various applications products and product lines
4. Experience in handling different types of DB and expertise in DQL DDL DML
5. Understand application data model table relationships and referential integrity
6. Work with Project/Business teams to understand the Business requirements/ Test scenarios
7. Converts the business requirements / Test Scenarios into data requirements
8. Mentor and coach team members and set them up with training and processes to iterate and deliver data solutions efficiently
9. Apply contextual knowledge to deliver most relevant solutions that fit Customers unique needs

Skills

1. US Healthcare Domain Experience is Mandatory
2. Test Data Manufacturing through Application UI/Front end is mandatory
3. Understanding application landscape and identifying the E2E Data flow
4. Healthcare Data and Business knowledge with understanding of the terminology concepts and value chain
5. Strong understanding of various Test data manufacturing techniques
6. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization converting complex challenges into simplified options and recommendations
7. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
8. Ability to work in an agile environment in cross functional teams delivering data in a fastpaced environment
