Job Description
Position: Teradata DBA
Location: Nashville Tennessee (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Description:
- APPLICATION DEVELOPER
- Minimum 5 years of Teradata DBA experience.
- DBA functionalities and responsibilities for Client.
- Teradata Database administration and troubleshooting
- Viewpoint monitoring and administration Backup and recovery using Data Stream Architecture(DSA) and Netbackup.
- Teradata Active System Management
- Performance Tuning and optimization & Code review for Teradata Best Practices
- Access Rights and Roles Management Profile and space management Database Object management
- Knowledge of BTEQ FASTLOADMULTILOAD and TPT DDL and DML SQL functions and stored procedure in Teradata
- Teradata database object management PDCR(Performance Data Collection and Reporting) DBQL and RESUAGE(RSS)
- Join Strategies in Teradata Data migration between system
