Job Description:
- Plan and deliver engaging and ageappropriate activities that meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe and secure learning environment for toddlers fostering their social emotional and physical development.
- Build strong relationships with children parents and colleagues.
- Observe and document childrens progress maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 1 years experience working with toddlers in an early years setting.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing highquality care.
- Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders. Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards, maintaining high levels of quality and safety. Drive business growth and development through effective marketing, recruitment, and retention strategies. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff. Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passionate about early years education and committed to providing the best possible care for children.
