As a Senior Scrum Master you will:

• Facilitate and implement agile processes and practices within the MCP Platform team.
  
• Support the development and delivery of Public Cloud services.
  
• Ensure the team operates efficiently and maintains a continuous improvement mindset.
  
• Remove obstacles enhance team dynamics and promote a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  
• Guide the team through Scrum events help manage the backlog and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  
• Coach team members in selfmanagement and crossfunctionality.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 510 years of relevant work experience in similar and complex technological environments.
  
• Experience as a Scrum Master in IT with a preferred focus on cloud platform services.
  
• Strong understanding of Scrum Kanban and other agile frameworks.
  
• Strong teambuilding and coaching skills.
  
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience managing partnerships.
  
• Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across international borders.
  
• Adept at stakeholder management able to communicate effectively with various levels within an organization.
  
• Professional certifications in Scrum (CSM PSM) and project management methodologies are highly regarded.
  
• Excellent language skills in Dutch English and German are preferred.

• Enable the team to improve its practices within the Scrum framework.
  
• Help the team focus on creating highvalue increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  
• Establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
