Commercial HVAC Estimator

Our client a reputable provider of HVAC solutions is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial HVAC Estimator to join their team. With a broad range of services in heating air and cooling they cater to the commercial sector ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

This role is pivotal for accurately estimating the costs and resources needed for HVAC projects particularly in retrofitting and Tenant Improvement (TI) market scenarios.

Commercial HVAC Estimator Job Responsibilities

• Utilize your 5 years of experience in estimating commercial HVAC systems to provide accurate cost assessments.
• Engage in retrofitting projects ensuring the efficient and effective installation of HVAC systems in new tenant buildings.
• Collaborate with the team on installing new walls and other necessary structures for HVAC system integration.
• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed accurately.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HVAC systems estimating retrofitting and the TI market.
• Previous experience in the HVAC trade as a service tech installer or sales rep is highly desirable.
• Clean driving record and clean work record are essential.
• Open and engaging personality with strong relationshipbuilding skills.
• Determination to complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to receive training on software basics as needed.
