Role: Senior AI / Ml Engineer with strong work experience on Gen AI NLP

Location: Onsite Hybrid work at Phoenix AZ)

Duration: Contract

PhD or Masters in a quantitative discipline e.g. Computer Science Mathematics Statistics Operations Research etc.

Familiarity with bigdata environments (e.g. Hadoop Spark) and model development experience on a cloud development platform

Demonstrable experience in parameterefficient finetuning model quantization and quantizationaware finetuning of LLM models

Solid understanding of the fundamentals of statistics optimization machine learning and advanced analytics (e.g. regression classification clustering time series econometrics causal inference mathematical optimization)

Excellent grasp of computer science fundamentals and SDLC best practices

Experience leading teams of experienced ML engineers/scientists

Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information and ideas at all levels building trust with stakeholders

Ability to understand business objectives and align ML problem definition

Individuals with experience building NLP solutions
