Cloud Platform Engineer w Kubernetes

For a long term project at our Insurance client in Zurich we are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer. The team is currently managing an Azure Kubernetes Cluster with about 100 containers running in production. This cluster grew organically and the client is in the process to refactor it to achieve high degree of automation and enable this cluster to host 10x applications.

Tasks

Contribution to multicloud hosting platform design and implementation

IaC development and maintenance (Terraform Helm)

Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD operations

Infrastructurerelated automation processes and documentation

Infrastructure and integration software development

Requirements

Experience with at least two major CSPs (AWS GCP Azure)

Interest in working in cloud infrastructure engineering and operations area

Software engineering and IaC background (Go Python Ruby Terraform Helm Ansible Pulumi)

Kubernetes experience

Cloud infrastructure and operations are a software engineering problem mindset
