IT Management amp Business Analysis

Project Manager / Program Manager

• Project management & coordination in different industries working with a different mix of methodologies and frameworks
• Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals and progress

IT Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer / Solution Engineer

• Analyse and document the business processes requirements and needs. Produce IT solution proposals or system specifications that meet the needs of the business.
• Follow and support the project actively from beginning to end

Portfolio Manager / Rollout Manager

• Handle multiple projects on a higher level
• Work across teams supporting business strategy and IT portfolio of projects

Business & IT process Engineer

• Plan define and recommend processes for business improvement purposes
  

Data Management Engineer

• Lead Data engineering projects and initiatives
• Work handson with data analysis data science and data engineering projects

Key Requirements for Multiple Roles:

• Connect and alignIT with thebusiness
• Set up and lead needed workshops
• Manage stakeholders on many different levels
• Take ahigh level of ownership

Depending on the role you willcollaborate with Portfolio managers Product managers Project Managers Architects Developers Epic owners Product owners and Global Technology Managers.

About you / requirements

• Good at communication and conflict management
• Analytical and structured
• Great decisionmaking skills
• Strong interest in business development
• Solid experience with ITrelated projects
• Experienced in agile way of working. Scaled Agile frameworks are also a great benefit.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Very skilled in spoken and written English
