What You Will Do

As an Accounting Intern you will gain handson experience and insight into financial operations assisting our finance team with various accounting tasks. Your role will cover a broad spectrum of responsibilities from data entry to financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of our Accounting & Finance team to assist with the preparation of:
1. monthly journal entries for intercompany allocations.
2. bank reconciliations and various other balance sheet and income statement account analysis and sales and use tax returns.
• Participate in yearend external financial audit and income tax return preparation as well as ongoing internal job estimate to complete and process control internal audits.
• Assist with monthly General and Administrative actual vs. budgeted variance analysis.
• Become proficient with general ledger/financial reporting ERP system Viewpoint and Communicate with many levels of office and field management to gather analyze and summarize financial information.

What You Bring to the Table

• A recent graduate with a bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
• Prior Knowledge of the Revenue recognition.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word Excel and Access.
• Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles
  
• Ability to function in a fastpaced challenging environment
  
• Good interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to function well as an integral part of our Accounting & Finance team
  
• Selfstarter with good verbal and written communication skills and Above average organizational skills.
  

Working Conditions:

• Internship location: Dokki

• Working days: Sunday till Thursday from 09:00 AM till 06:00 PM. (including one hour break)

• Internship days: 5 days per week Friday and Saturday are off.

Internship Start date: Immediately
