Regenified™ was founded in 2021 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. Regenified’s purpose is to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture from greenwashing while providing recognition and reward to the farmers and ranchers who successfully implement ecosystemsaving practices as part of their operations. Our mission is to transition the world’s supply chain to regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains beef poultry eggs and cotton.

What You Will Do

The Verification Coordinator at Regenified™ plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination of verification projects supporting the activities of Field Verifiers and coordinating the timely and successful compilation and review of the verification reports by Regenified’s Verification Review Board. This position requires a high level of professionalism and interpersonal communication skills attention to detail in planning efficient communication and a strong commitment to upholding the Regenified™ 634 Protocol.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Verification Board to ensure that Field Verifiers receive comprehensive training in the Regenified™ Protocol tools and techniques required for field verification and data/evidence collection.
• Develop detailed schedules and itineraries for Field Verifiers' trips considering availability proximity to verification sites and annual verification cycles while optimizing resource allocation.
• Ensure that our Verifiers are wellequipped in performing field verifications (e.g. consumables PPEs specialist tools) and that gear/supply that is taken into the field are stocked and can be readily available to the field.
• Coordination of data management processes ensuring accurate documentation measurements and data entry by Field Verifiers.
• Coordinate the review and approval process of field verification reports generated by Field Verifiers and for the review and approval of the Verification Review Board.
• Support Field Verifiers by addressing queries providing guidance and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
• Liaise with account managers and stakeholders to communicate project updates findings and recommendations in a clear and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team for successful recruitment and onboarding of Field Verifiers

It’s critical that this person be enthusiastic about pitching in wherever needed to ensure operations are running smoothly and the overall success of field operations.

Qualifications:

• Techsavvy with a high level of proficiency in using a variety of software services such as Google Workspace Asana HubSpot or similar tools for communication collaboration and task management.
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination preferably in the agricultural or environmental sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while maintaining a clear paper trail for record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data management (not technical) and documentation procedures.
• Familiarity with the principles of regenerative agriculture and soil health is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Resourceful and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Proactive and confident in sharing ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
