Job Description

1. 5 years of Azure Devops Configuration with proficiency in Azure Boards configuration setup and administration to be able to handle the listed responsibilities independently

i. Provide ADO Project Access

1. Assess current access levels recommend path to resolution

ii. Request for a New Field / State

a. Assess and implement updates for standardised and unstandardised processes

iii. Setup a New ADO Board / Team

a. Assess and implement proposed ADO structure i.e. Project Area Path taxonomy Team setup Board configuration

iv. Provide ADO Training

a. Assess training needs and conduct training sessions

v. ADO Project / Board Migration

a. Assess migration requirements create and implement migration plan support

vi. General ADO Support

a. Support general ADO inquiries e.g. tooling features knowledge gaps best practices issues

2. Should be well versed with Agile Scrum and Safe process and how it can be configured using Azure Devops Boards. Share and implement best practices of configuring Azure boards.

3. Should have excellent communication skills to interface with client stakeholders to provide support and training on Azure Devops

4. Should be willing to work in Early Morning Shift Starting 4:30 AM to support ANZ client

5. Experience in devops practices and ability to support and configure other features of Azure DevOps (Azure pipelines Repos Test Plan) will be nice to have
