Job Description

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team. In this role you will provide comprehensive financial advice to clients focusing on retirement planning investment strategies and risk management. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting detailed financial needs analyses assessing clients assets and liabilities evaluating their tax status and reviewing existing insurance coverage to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough financial needs analyses with clients including assessments of assets liabilities tax status and existing insurance policies.

Develop and present customized financial plans that address clients retirement goals investment strategies and risk management needs.

Advise clients on various insurance products and services to protect against financial risks.

Stay uptodate with market trends tax regulations and new insurance products to provide informed recommendations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and followup.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Skills

Proven experience as an Insurance Advisor Financial Advisor or similar role.

Strong understanding of financial planning investment strategies and risk management.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g. CFP ChFC CLU) are preferred.

Bachelors degree in finance economics or a related field is preferred.
