Data Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with over 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and expertise in AWS Glue S3 EC2 and Redshift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders including business subject matter users and IT teams.
• Document data migration requirements including source system analysis and source to target
• Analyzes & acquires data from primary and secondary data sources creating mapping specifications for use by ETL development resources.
• Documents plans for collection data cleansing and normalization of data
• Assist in creation of Test cases with QA testing team and business
• Maintain clear and detailed integration requirement specifications ensuring the design is of the most efficient streamlined flow without redundancies.
• Recognize common requirements and document reusable code and procedures to improve the teams efficiency and productivity.
• Work with the development team to handover the detailed data layer mapping for coding

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors in computer science or related field
• Must have experience in lead experience AWS Glue S3 EC2 Redshift
• 6 years of experience as a Data business analyst.
• Possess excellent relationship communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decisionmaking and change management strong analytical ability.
• Good experience in MS Office and documentation skills.
