As a leading outsourcing partners we are hiring Implementation Engineers to be deployed at our client site which is one of Indias largest private sector banks offering a wide range of banking products and financial services to corporate and retail customers.
Job Details:
- Experience required Minimum 2 years for experience in Banking/Financial Industry
- Qualification Graduation is must
- CTC bracket maximum upto 4.80 LPA
- Location Jaipur Rajasthan
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days notice period are preferred
- Applicant must be a localite mandatorily
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and solve client queries related to Cash management transactions Fund Transfer and NEFT/RTGS.
- Technically support Banking software and Applications
- Handle implementation and installation of banking Software
- Visit corporate clients office to solve their queries
- Provide training of Bank Online Portal to the Corporate client
- Interacting with the clients and resolving all the queries complaints regarding online banking portal
- Providing solution related to UPI Net Banking debit and credit card related transactions queries
- Integration support for Host to Host (H2H) integration with clients servers.
- Handeling the API testing or implementation clients
