Note: Resource needs to draft the requirements convert to technical requirements at the same time need to analyze data to identify trends and patterns.

Project Overview:

• Serve as a Business Data Analyst or Data Analyst within SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) focused on delivering data related projects and services.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across divisions ETO and the group to capture business requirements and translate them into technical needs.
• Develop implement and maintain databases data collection systems data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques providing ongoing reports.
• Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data and review computer reports printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality in all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders at different levels within the organization presenting findings and making recommendations.

Mandatory Key Skill set:

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics Economics Computer Science Information Management Statistics or a related field.
• Have a deep understanding of systems and data architecture design and integrations.
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc.) programming (XML JavaScript or ETL frameworks) and reporting packages (Business Objects Power BI etc.).
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel SPSS SAS etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ERP CRM systems like SAP Salesforce etc.
