Were seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role youll be responsible for promoting our innovative RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solutions specifically within the IT industry and driving new business opportunities.
Location: Marathahalli Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop leads for RPO solutions within your assigned territory focusing on companies in the IT sector (e.g. software development IT services ecommerce).
- Build strong relationships with potential clients within the IT industry understanding their unique recruitment challenges in areas like talent acquisition skills gaps and cost optimization.
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our RPO services tailored to the specific needs of IT companies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients in the IT industry.
- Partner with internal teams (Sales Operations) to ensure a smooth client onboarding process for IT clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for RPO solutions within the IT industry.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in business development or a related field preferably within the staffing or RPO industry with a focus on the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape and current market trends in areas like indemand skills emerging technologies and talent shortage challenges.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within IT companies.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Consulting background with experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
