Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager for our Houston TX location. The position will require visiting construction job sites as assigned on a regular basis which may also require occasional travel. The successful candidate will demonstrate that they are organized customer service oriented and knowledgeable of basic construction duties throughout a projects life cycle.

The successful candidate will demonstrate that they are organized customer service oriented and knowledgeable of basic construction duties throughout a projects life cycle.
Education & Experience:
- College Degree
- 3 to 5 years in commercial construction
- 3 to 5 years in project management
- Oversee assigned projects throughout the project life cycle.
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
- Create and maintain installation schedules.
- Coordinate with field management means methods sequencing and safe access.
- Monitor submittal and procurement processes.
- Decision making and problem solving.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of contractual scope(s).
- Communicate and prioritize project deliverables.
- Review and track updates to contract documents.
- Track project budgets and invoicing.
- Facilitate & develop action plans with field management.
- Financial oversight and resource management.
- Work well in a team environment.
- construction preplanning.
- Time management.
- Microsoft Office Outlook Word & Excel.
- Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
