ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer you will be responsible for creating and implementing solutions that support our HR service delivery on the ServiceNow platform. In this role you will collaborate with HR stakeholders and crossfunctional IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR technology and has a strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules.

• Develop and customize HRSD applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design develop test and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions and enhancements
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRSD applications
• Participate in system upgrades patches and enhancements
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR endusers

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on HRSD
• Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules including Employee Service Center HR Case Management and Service Catalog
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows business rules and UI policies
• Familiarity with HR processes and practices
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• ServiceNow HRSD certification is preferred but not required
