Job Description
Title: Pega Business Analyst
Job Location: Remote.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements including process mapping use cases and user stories
* Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Pega BPM
* Design and develop Pegabased solutions including data models process flows and user interfaces and document based on the agile methodology in Jira
* Work with developers to implement Pega solutions providing knowledge transfer and oversight as needed
* Develop and maintain technical documentation including design documents test plans and release notes
* Collaborate with QA teams to respond to observations and enhancement requests
* Participate in project planning including estimating effort developing project schedules and tracking progress
* Identify and mitigate project risk and develop contingency plans as needed
**Requirements:**
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Pega BPM platform
* Experience with Pega design and development including data modeling process flow design and user interface design
* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into manageable components
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders developers and QA teams
* Strong project management skills with the ability to participate in multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
* Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and case management principles
* Certification as Pega Business Analyst
* Certification as Pega CSA (optional)
