Job Description
Specialty: RN Operating room
Place of Work (City/State): Shiprock NM 87420
Start Date: July/2024
Duration: 6 Months to 1 year
Shift Schedule: (8 Hour) / 40 Hour Guarantee
Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during a surgical procedure and maintains patient safety.
- The RN outlines individual care plans implements evaluates and documents care of patient during surgical procedures.
- Provides leadership to the OR team.
- Communicates with the patient and family OR team supervisor manager and ancillary departments. Participates in staff development through preceptorship and continuing education
Qualification:
Education: BSN / ASN
License: Current valid any state license
Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS TNCC
Experience: 2 years of OR experience Required
