Position: ASP.Net developer

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop and maintain applications in C# ASP.NET and Web API for ntier web deployment.
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications utilizing HTML XML JSON AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and CSS.
• Strong experience with Oracle including database design PL/SQL coding stored procedures packages indexes triggers views and creating tables.
• Experience in SOA application integration including developing secure .NET web services using WCF SOAP/Restful APIs message and queue processing dynamic link library through package manager and/or an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Handson development experience using Team Foundation Server and GitLab including CI/CD for source code management.
• Proven ability to work with UI/UX teams Business Analysts Architects and Project Managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Experience in coding and maintaining applications that handle healthcare data under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) HL7 and/or FHIR standards.
• Knowledge of user provisioning authentication and authorization using OKTA LDAP RSA and Access Manager.
