Position: Professional Services Coordinator
Location: Boca Raton FL 33487
Duration: 2 Months

Job Description:
- High School Degree or equivalent. Minimum 2 years coordination/administration experience. Purchase order experience needed.
Position Summary:
- Handle a variety of duties and responsibilities including coordination of installations and service appointments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use Excel and proprietary software to create financial reports.
- Coordinate schedules for installers and service technicians.
- Confirm appointments by calling the customers.
- Order equipment to ensure availability for installations.
- Process job closeouts.
- Other duties as assigned.
