Job Description:
- 1215 years of overall experience.
Must have
- 10 years of retail experience.
- 5 8 years of Test program management experience.
- Good knowledge in Retail POS applications.
- Should have performed or implemented automation testing device testing performance testing.
- Knowledge of automation (e.g. eggplant).
- Excellent communication and sound knowledge in testing process including working experience in Agile.
- Must have hands on Eggplant automation tool experience.
- Test Execution and Debugging for developed Automation Scripts. Defect Logging for failure scripts and tracking it for closure.
- Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise solution designs and change requirements to drive the organizations targeted business outcomes.
- Gather the business & technical requirements from Business Analyst Business stake holders and Tech SMEs.
- Attend the requirement calls and raise the clarifications. Tracking the base lined requirements from business using Test Management Tools like JIRA.
- Customizing / Tailoring the required tools or software to accommodate the base lined requirements on the application modules level and its interfaces levels.
- Must have experience in coordinating onshore and offshore team.
- Project Stakeholder Management Project Risk Management Project Scope Management Project Quality Management.
