Job Title: OSP Section Manager

Job Description:

You Will:

• Provide leadership to local OSP engineering teams and other global Cyient engineering and delivery teams working on multiple projects.
• Oversee and coordinate with team members to achieve maximum success and efficiency in delivery of engineering designs field surveys and other OSP projects.
• Identify and deploy necessary resources to accomplish work while managing the stability of the project and customer account.
• Review understand and explain multiple telecom deployment technologies (FTTP FTTN HFC CATV Small Cell etc.) telecom terminology and the various telecom infrastructure environments (aerial buried underground wireless).
• Communicate project and account status to senior management customers and other partners.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with our customers and partners.
• Proactively identify potential project risk factors communicate these with our partners and work with team members to address and resolve them.

Youll Need:

• Minimum 5 years of OSP Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory position.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in RightofWay easement or local permitting requirements.
• Experience with AutoCAD MicroStation or other customer proprietary design systems.
• Flexibility for travel up to 25% is required.
• Ability to successfully pass a Background Check and Drug screen and must have authorization to work in the United States.
