We have a job Opening for the post of Injection Moulding Engineer
Experience 23 years experience.
Education Qualification Graduate
No of Vacancy :01
Gender :Male only
Skill required Soft Spoken.
Good command in written and spoken english
Good Knowledge of MS OFFICE especially excel and word
Working Location: Ghaziabad Office.
Salary Rs 20000/ Rs 30000/
Role and Responsibilities:
Following safety procedures to protect themselves and coworkers from injury or exposure to harmful chemicals
Inspecting molds for damage and defects and repairing them as needed
Reading blueprints and other instructions to determine the correct settings for a mold machine
Monitoring gauges on machinery to ensure that it is operating within normal parameters
Operating machines that inject plastic or other materials into molds to form products such as automobile parts or household goods such as dishes and television remote controls
Monitoring equipment to ensure that it is operating properly and has sufficient supplies of raw materials and coolant
Installing molds in automated machines and operating robotic arms to perform tasks such as mixing or spraying materials
Inspecting molds and equipment for defects repairing them as needed and maintaining records of all work performed
Preparing molds for use by cleaning them inspecting them for cracks or defects and applying release agents to help the material release from the mold easily.
Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and other specifications to determine mold setup requirements
Align mold halves in injectionmolding machines clamp them together and inject molten plastic into the mold cavity
Remove molded products from molds using hand tools and trim excess material from products using power knives hand tools and sanders
Start up and shut down injectionmolding machines
Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as clogged nozzles or faulty heating elements
Adjust machine controls when necessary to compensate for changes in temperature and material viscosity
Weigh out specified amounts of raw materials and load them into hoppers
Record production data such as volume produced scraped product and time required for each molding cycle
Inspect finished products for defects and measure products with rulers or calipers to ensure adherence to specifications
Clean molds and machines using solvents and brushes and lubricate machines using oils and greases
Perform routine maintenance on injectionmolding machines.

Technical Skills:
Proven experience as an injection mold operator
Working knowledge of injection molding machines tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
Excellent mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
Attention to detail and safetyconsciousness.
