Job Description
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Work collaboratively with departments across Evercam, ensuring the customer's voice and experience are conveyed internally, fostering a customer-centric culture
- Operational Coordination: Liaise with our Operations department to meticulously coordinate installation and site service logistics, ensuring flawless execution
- Customer Success Partnership: Align closely with the Customer Success team to maximise the value delivered to clients, enhancing their overall experience with Evercam’s solutions
