Job role
- To recruit train and develop a team of insurance agents to create business opportunities
- To achieve business targets through field sales of insurance product
- To assist insurance agents in sales calls for sales conversion
Roles & Responsibilities
- Age between 23 – 45 yrs
- PLUS TWO/Graduation / Post Graduation
- 1 Year plus Sales Experience in any sales/ Insurance Industry preferred
- Good Communication Skills.
